Welcome to the DCF Standardized Patient Management System (SPMS)! While it is fairly self-explanatory, some tips on navigating SPMS can be found in the SP Program Manual. Please use Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox to access SPMS. Other browsers are not supported and features will not work correctly.
Refer to your Invitations and Confirmations dashboard for details on program, location and case. You can accept or decline until we confirm you, or we have filled all the slots. Once confirmed, use “add to calendar” to populate your personal calendar with all the assignment details.
Enter time worked on the Timesheets page using a pre-populated list of your completed assignments. You can update any submissions prior to 11:59 p.m. Sunday night, and view past submissions.
Be sure to keep your SP Profile up-to-date. Personal health information is optional and voluntary.
